Good news!

New Telehealth Medicare items have been added to the schedule this week. This means that anyone is eligible to access a Medicare rebate for Telehealth appointments! 

We are continuing to accept new assessment and treatment referrals for young people and families. We want to ensure young people continue to receive the assessment and therapeutic support they need, particularly at the present time. We are equipped with a secure online video conferencing platform to facilitate Telehealth appointments that allows us to meet with you so long as they have access to a device with an internet connection. If you don't have access to the Internet, please ask us about face-to-face appointments. 

Unlike traditional video conferencing, the platform we are using does not require you to have an account, special software or dial-in details. The service uses high-quality encrypted video technology. Simply click a link that we provide, and we engage with you the same way we do normally, except we join you in an online waiting area rather than a physical one! Feel free to ask us more about how this works by giving us a call or sending an email.

We wanted to let you know that despite this exceptionally challenging health crisis the world is facing, Keystone Psychology is here to continue providing best-practice assessment, treatment and consultation services for all clients. 

We are currently still providing face to face appointments where it is safe/appropriate to do so and are taking all necessary precautionary measures to minimise the risk of exposure for all clients and staff. We are asking all clients to exercise a similar level of caution.

We are also equipped for Telehealth appointments and are offering these appointments as an alternative for anyone who would like this option. Many private health funds are offering rebates on Telehealth appointments which is great news- Medicare rebates are available only to select groups currently, although this will likely change soon.
